I've been working in financial services for over two years now. At Stradmont, I help guide our mission and direction as an Associate. My role really comes down to bringing consistency and discipline to how families manage their money. When finances are clear and organized, people can make smart decisions without second guessing themselves.

What gets me up in the morning is helping people build financial habits that actually stick. I work with individuals and families to create stability that lasts, and I always keep things practical. Everything we do is built around one straightforward idea: save ten percent of what you earn. It sounds simple, but that ten percent becomes the foundation for real financial security, something you can build on for years and even pass along.
